  • How can I make a booking (reservation)?

  • You have to contact us by email or phone and ask about vacancy. You may book up to one year in advance.

  • To secure your booking we may require 30% deposit.

  • What if I have to change my booking (reservation)?

  • You have to contact us by email or phone and ask about availibility.

  • How do I pay for my reservation?

  • We will send you payment info in an e-mail.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

  • We don't. We accept cash only.

  • In what currency will I pay?

  • Either Croatian kunas (HRK) or Euros (EUR).

  • Are there any extra fees in addition to the rates listed on the website?

  • No. The rates listed on the site are all-inclusive. There are no "hidden extras".

  • We charge extra for additional services like docking, organizing boat trips (e.g. Zečevo), boat taxi service, extra bed/crib, etc.

  • Can I drink tap water?

  • Yes. It is clean, safe and of the highest quality - Cetina river spring water.

  • What is the best time to go to Hvar, and what is the cheapest period?

  • June, September and October are the months with the nicest weather and lower prices. High season is July/August.

  • What other services do you offer?

  • We organize boat trips to nearby islands Brač and Zečevo. We also offer boat taxi service to guests who want to experience secluded and isolated beaches. We fill diving tanks and transport scuba divers to interesting scuba diving locations.

  • If you are traveling without a car, we'll organise a taxi to pick you up at Vrboska bus station, Jelsa airport or Stari Grad ferry port. We also offer docking for your boat 50 meters from the villa.

  • Is Croatia safe?

  • Croatia is one of the safest countries in the world.

  • I'm arriving without a car, how can I reach you?

  • Inform us in advance that you are coming without a car.

    • We'll organize a taxi to pick you up at Vrboska bus station, Jelsa airport or Stari Grad ferry port.

  • Are you quoting GBP, USD or EURO prices?

  • All prices in this web site and in all our communications are in Euro, VAT included.

  • Are your prices inclusive of taxes?

  • All the rates displayed on our site are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  • Is the price per person or per apartment?

  • All prices are per apartment per day.

  • Where can money be exchanged?

  • At exchange offices and banks.

  • Where can I get information regarding ferry transport and hydroplane connections?

  • Are the apartments supplied with bed linen and towels?

  • Of course, all our apartments are completed with bath towels, bed linen, cooking facilities; the costs of the utilities (heating, water, etc.) are included in the prices.

  • When is check in / check out time?

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

  • Do you have high speed Internet access?

  • High speed Internet access is available in all apartments.

  • How much is parking per day?

  • Parking is free of charge.

  • We have a small child; can we get an extra bed in the room?

  • Yes. 2 adults and 1 small child can stay in one apartment with one extra bed.

  • Is there an extra person charge?

  • We may charge for extra bed/crib.

  • Are cribs available?

  • Cribs are available on request.

    • Do you rent scuba gear?

    • We don't. You have to bring your own.
